• Where did they train?
• Is their training accredited by a recognised training facility? - Who?
• (Beware of DIY pass it quick correspondence courses?)
• What further training have they completed?
• Is there a system of supervision?
• Do they have professional indemnity insurance?
• Do they abide by a written code of ethics?
• Are they subject to a formal complaints procedure?
